If you haven't read the top right of this site, I'm a Creative and UX Director, in the network just named No. 2 on the Ad Age Agency A-List. Bottom line, I run the DNA of design.
I'm looking for a few ranges of UX professionals, including IA and research analysts, so please contact me if you work in the UX field. My more immediate need is for IAs... so read along if you are talented, and not an asshole. (predictable disclaimer: that was a complete personal statement, NOT written by my employer.)
I'll try to make it sound sexy... Information Architecture entails designing an information system and the users’ pathways through it. The IA’s goal is to create a system that will provide useful information to suit the user’s context. System structure, inputs and outputs of information, semantic analysis and accommodating changes in the user’s context are in the information architect’s domain.
Ok the reality:
- Develop thorough, realistic plans that support organizational objectives
- Work with clients to understand their business models and goals and help define strategy, content, and features for design of their web site
- Analyze audiences and their information and functional needs
- Define site architecture and navigation that serves as a blueprint of the site upon which all other aspects are built
- Create wireframes, site maps, schematics, process maps, feature lists, mockups, visual specification, working prototypes and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience
- This is for the pharma network within Euro

dork :) this is why I love you!!!
